Every attack, every dose, every pressure drop, finally in one place. With a sheep along for the ride.
Morning! Float down with me, I’ll show you around.

Know where you stand today.
Before the day gets away from you, you know how today looks, what’s due, and what you’ve already logged.
- Today's migraine forecast, as one number
- Your next dose, and when it's due
- Everything you've logged today, in one list

ii.Forecast
See the bad days coming.
Meadow reads the pressure, temperature and humidity where you are and weighs them against your own recent attacks. You get one risk number for the next 24 hours, with the reasons underneath.

Questions, answered.
What is Meadow?
A migraine and headache journal. Log attacks as they happen, keep your medications on schedule, see a 24-hour migraine-risk forecast from the weather where you are, and share a doctor-ready report, with a sheep keeping you company.
How does the migraine forecast work?
Meadow looks at barometric pressure, temperature swings and humidity for your location, alongside your own recent attacks, and turns them into a risk estimate for the next 24 hours. It is an estimate to help you plan your day, not a prediction or a diagnosis.
Do I have to share my location?
No. You can let Meadow use your location or pick a city by hand. Without either, attack logging, medications and reports all still work; the forecast just can't use local weather.
Can I share my journal with my doctor?
Yes. Build a PDF for the last 30, 90 or 180 days with an attack summary, trigger analysis, pain locations and your medication log, then print it or send it before the appointment.
Does Meadow give medical advice?
No. Meadow is a tracking tool. Forecasts and insights are estimates, and decisions about treatment belong with your clinician.
What devices does it run on?
iPhone. Get it on the App Store.
Time to rest. See you in the app.
