Log what happened while it is fresh
Open the attack log, record when the headache started, rate the pain from 0 to 10, and select where it hurts on the head map. Add the symptoms and context you want to remember. A consistent record can be easier to review than scattered notes.
Keep medication notes with your journal
Record medication use and use the medication checklist to keep track of the routine you have agreed with your clinician. Meadow records your entries; it does not choose a treatment, recommend a dose, or determine whether a medication is safe for you.
Review patterns without jumping to conclusions
Review your history alongside symptoms, possible triggers, and weather context. Repeated observations can help you prepare questions for an appointment. An association in a diary does not establish that a factor caused an attack.
Questions about this feature
Can I use Meadow as a headache diary?
Yes. Meadow lets you record headaches and migraine attacks, including timing, pain, symptoms, and medication notes. It does not diagnose the type of headache.
Does logging replace medical care?
No. Meadow is a journal, not a medical device. Use it to record your experience and support conversations with a qualified clinician.
