Why a diary helps
Migraine days blur together. A diary turns “it’s been bad lately” into a timeline your clinician can read — frequency, severity, medications tried, and what else was going on.
The goal is not perfect documentation. It’s a reliable habit that survives busy weeks.
What to log (minimum viable entry)
Start with start time, pain level, key symptoms, medications taken, and one note. Add triggers only when you’re confident — guessing every time creates noise.
If an attack is still ongoing, start a live log and finish details later. Incomplete-but-timestamped is better than nothing.
How Meadow fits
Meadow is built as a migraine journal: quick attack logging, medication checklists, optional weather/pressure context, and PDF reports for visits. It’s a wellness tracker, not a diagnosis tool.
